I was pretty surprised at how great this was for the low cost. I've had issues with pinched nerves in my neck/back for over 10 years and this does the trick! The heat setting is wonderful but almost gets too hot and does not seem to have a regulator because it will continue to get hotter and hotter and think may even be able to cause burns...all in all, I really am satisfied with this product!
