Return Policy

Our Return Policy has the customers' best interest at heart. The following terms specify how to return an item when there is a quality issue.

The following conditions apply to our Return Policy.

  1. We shipped you the wrong item, i.e. errors in color, type, material, etc.
  2. The item was damaged during the shipping process.
  3. We shipped you the item without complete accessories.
  4. If you are not satisfied the item within 30 days after receiving it.
  5. The item has quality issues within our Quality Guarantee Period.

Item Return and Refund Procedures

  1. Apply to return an item to our Customer Service through Live Chat, MSN, telephone or email, accompanying by photos or other evidence to clarify the quality issue.
  2. Our Customer Service will determine the eligibility for refunds or exchanges, and helps you with the return procedures.
  3. If we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged during the shipping process.

    Solutions:

    • After you return the item, we will exchange it for the right item for free.
    • A discount, so that you can buy a new item at Alldaymall.com cheaper or free.
    • After you return the item, we will give you a full refund.
  4. We shipped you the item without complete accessories.

    Solutions:

    • Delivery the missing accessories for free;
    • Partial refund;
    • A discount, so that you can buy a new item at aLldaymall.com cheaper.
  5. If you are not satisfied with the item within 30 days after receiving it.

    Solutions:

    • After you return the item, we will give you a partial refund (The original price minus shipping cost).
    • After you return the item, we will exchange the item for another similar item. Note that you will have to cover the shipping fees and a potential price difference.
    • Note: In this case, all returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, with complete accessories, and original tags and packaging. If the item shows signs of use or is damaged, this policy does not apply.
  6. The item has quality issues within our Quality Guarantee Period.

    Solutions:

    • After you return the item, we will repair the item and ship it back to you. Note that you will have to cover the shipping fees.
    • After you return the item, if we can't repair it, we will give you a partial refund (The original price minus shipping).
    • Note: Quality Guarantee Periods vary from item to item. The specific Quality Guarantee Period is noted in the original product description, or paging. Please contact our Customer Service, should you have any questions concerning a certain products Quality Guarantee Period.

Please Note

  1. Our Customer Service determines the eligibility for refunds and exchanges.
    Returning packages without prior approval from our Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
  2. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, packaging & delivery error, must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
  3. Any returned product should include all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and other original items.
  4. Return request won't be accepted if the damage was caused by improper use or other artificial reasons.
